The 3 hand racers are showing signs of wear:
Oar plates loosening off gunwhales
Gunwhales showing signs of decay
Transom showing signs of decay
They get a lof of use and I would suggest they should be scheduled for maintenance by MM.
It may be logged already but in case not - the handle of one of the No.2 oars for the 3 hander with the wooden dowels is broken. I can't recall the name as I write this - its the one with the Green and (Gold?) Yellow oars.
Eala ar Eite oar repaired with new handle.
Returned to SBC today
Hi Jim - I was in communication with MM and they can look at the 3 hand racers the week of 22 June (they are off in the workshop next week). They just need them loaded on a trailer to be hauled in. Is this something the boat maintenance crew could arrange with MM?
