a short course similar to our own Fun Regatta held last April. The main difference is that it's a two day event. A full days racing will be held on both days. See below for the list of races. Heats will be held on the Saturday with the finals on the Sunday.

All races are from the beach and a BBQ will also be ongoing all day on both days. An evening meal on both days is also included

The entry fee to race and partake in the hospitality is 30 pounds sterling.

The event itself will be held in the beautiful town of Warrenpoint situated on the shores of Carrlingford Lough.

For more information see the attachments below, including a list of local accommodation options.

The very best. John M

Mike and Katie Connors of my hometown Albany NY club lured me into rowing with them there. Hope to see fellow Naomhoga choroch club members there!

Hi Suan,

You'd be well able. Its a short course, especially designed for rowers who normally don't race. It's 250 meters to the buoy and 250 back to the finish line. Each boat has its own individual buoy which it turns

As a comparison, the pilot race in Baltimore would be alot longer.

The best. John
