If we could grab a few rowers on their way through the City, to pop by the Reliance building at 10.15am tomorrow 29th March, for 10mins, we have one boat to lift off trailer, and one to lift back on, in its place, to allow it to be towed down in time for Saturday row!
We will leave outside gate open so you can swing in and park while doing the lifting!
We need to try to do as much as possible of painting under cover at the moment, to allow recommended one day drying before overcoating and three days drying and hardening of paint, for best effect. Weather getting better, but still great to have covered area to do this during the week for next while. Getting them indoors allows time for drying and then painting, and assessment of other jobs under cover! Having them in warehouse also allows MM team to pop down and asses jobs needed. 😊

Where is the Reliance building? I might be able to swing by
Anderson's Quay, between bus station and Leonardo hotel

Ah sure perfect. I'll be passing there anyway, I'll leave a few minutes earlier and give ye a hand
I plan to be there to help too.
Thanks to all who turned up making light work of the operation in morning.
We may try a similar swap next weekend, but will post notice again in advance. Lots of painting to get done, and very useful to have indoor space close to town to get through this work, out of the elements! 😀
