For the last 2 weekends I've been hoping to start ocean to city training, but the weather has had other plans. Todays weather has given me hope!
This Sunday I propose that we open ocean to city training with a skills training row with a focus on training for strokes. We will do this as much as possible with the crews who are there on the day.
This Sunday there is also interest among some members for a gaelgóir meetup in Myo's café, so I propose that we can stop there, and any crews less interested in this, and more interested in practising stroke training can stay out on the water.
Meet at the club 10.30 on Sunday 8th of March, to be on the water for 11. Coffee stop in Myo's at approx midday
Also, just a friendly reminder that any trained captains in the club are actively encouraged to organise rowing outings. If in any doubt about what you need to do, please talk to me!

What a great idea, I’m up for the training rows and the Gaelgoir meetup but cannot make it this Sunday.

Lovely day on the water, and great company crew. Thanks Colin. 😊
It was a really enjoyable day and a great opportunity to learn about using wind and tide. Thanks crew and Colin. The bonus was the music and dancing!
