This row has been cancelled due to unfavorable wind conditions for a celebration of St Patrick.
Muster at 10.30 on St Patrick's Day for a row into the city. Current forecast is for strong wind and some rain. Dress casual. Something green will be appropriate.
The regular Tuesday mid morning row will not take place.
Check this thread for updates. A weather review will be carried out at 0800 on 17th March.

Strong gusty wind this morning, not suitable for flags and festive paraphernalia.
Good weather coming later in the week.
