On of the number 4 cleats on Rogaire got damaged when we were putting it back on the stands last night. It has lifted almost fully from the gunwhale but is in one piece. Rogaire is on one of the lower middle stands. GRMA

Cleat re mounted. Ok for service pending refit.
Gunwale rot and rusty screws were the failure cause.
