Some photos of currachs/naomhóga from the 1940s, from a recently catalogued collection at Cork City and County Archives.
Notice the currachs on stands along the road in the first photo.

Collection also has a photo of the Kilnaruane Pillar Stone just outside Bantry which features the carving of a currach which became the Meitheal Mara logo

Thanks, Kieran. Fascinating photos and not just of boats, although I loved the Bantry long boat and the boat with the pig pen integrated into it.
