1. No person is allowed to go on the water without an approved Naomhóga Chorcaí Rota Captain.

Níl cead ag éinne cur chun uisce gan captain faofa de réir chlár Naomhóga Chorcaí a bheith in éineacht leis.

2. The boat captain is in charge of the boat and her/his instructions have to be followed.

Is é/í captaen an bád atá i bhfeighil an bháid agus caithfear a chuid rialacha siúd a leanúint.

3. All persons on the water must wear a lifejacket/buoyancy aid from the moment the slip area is approached.

A luaithe is a théann éinne I ngiorracht don sleamhnán agus a fhad is a bhíonn sé/sí sa bhád féin, ní mór dó/di seaicéad tarrthála a chaitheamh.

4. The lifejacket/buoyancy aid must be worn throughout the rowing session and until leaving the slip area.

Níl cead ag éinne an seaicéad tarrthála a bhaint de/di féin go dtí go bhfuil sé/sí bailithe leis/léi achar sábháilte ón sleamhnán ar thalamh tirim.

5. All the currachs and their ancillary equipment are carefully crafted and kept. Each person must ensure that all equipment is treated carefully at all times.

Tugtar aire na huibhe dos na curachaí agus a mbaineann de threalamh leo, idir dhéanamh agus chothú na curacha. Ní mór do gach éinne an aire chéanna a thabhairt dóibh i gcónaí.

6. All persons have the right to be treated with respect, both on and off the water.

Tá sé de cheart ag gach duine meas a bheith léirithe air/ uirthi ar muir/abhainn nó ar tír.

7. No person is permitted to go rowing while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or other substances.

Níl cead ag éinne cur chun uisce agus braon alcóil ólta aige/aici. Ní taise d’úsáid substaintí eile mar dhrugaí; ní ligfear dó/di dul i mbun na curacha agus é/í faoina dtionchar siúd.

8. Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian and should be supervised at all times while in the area of the slip or in the currachs.

Caithfidh duine fásta bheith in éineacht le leanaí agus caithfidh leanaí a bheith faoi mhaoirseacht duine fásta nó caomhnóir an fhaid is atá siad sna curachaí nó I limistéar an sleamhnán nó congarach dó.

9. Boats must travel downriver along the South side of the centre channel near the red buoys and upriver along the North side of the centre channel near the green buoys. The crossing point is at the bend in the Lee downriver from the Club opposite the “Handlebars Bridge”.

Tá sé éigeantach ar báid, taisteal síos an abhainn ar an dtaobh dheas de cainéal lárnach na habhann congarach dos na Baoi dearg agus taisteal suas an abhainn ar an dtaobh thuaidh den gcainéal lárnach congarach dos na Baoi glas. 10. All persons must be satisfied that they are physically able to row and must inform the captain of their boat if they become unable to row.

Caithfidh gach duine a bheith sásta ionainn féin go bhfuil sé/sí ábalta rámhaiocht a dhèanamh ó thaobh fisiciúlacht de agus caithfidh sé/sí Captaen an bháid a chur ar an eolas má eiríonn siad míchumasach.

Déanfaidh NAOMHÓGA CHORCAÍ do shonraí pearsanta agus íogaire a shealbhú agus a úsáid chun críocha do rannpháirtíochta i ngníomhaíochtaí an chlub. Tuigeann tú go bhfuil tú ag toiliú le faisnéis a fháil faoin gclub tríd an bpost, trí ríomhphost / MMS, ar líne nó ar an bhfón. Ní roinnfear do chuid sonraí le tríú páirtí ar bith agus cloífear le prionsabail an Achta um Chosaint Sonraí 1988. Más ball de choiste an chlub thú nó má tá tú i do Chaptaen Club, roinnfear do shonraí teagmhála agus d’Uimhir ghutháin san áireamh le gach ball reatha.

• Membership runs from the end of January to the end of January of the following year.
• Membership renewal has to be completed within four weeks of the AGM which takes place at the end of January each year. For members who do not renew by the end of February will not be permitted to row outside of the public row on a Saturday, whereby they will need to pay for their row.
• Each member has to complete their membership every year as well as making the payment each year.
• We do accept family memberships whereby one adult member can register all of their children, under the age of 18 years, on their membership, and this is included in their membership fee.
• We do not accept couple membership.
• We do not offer single membership to those who are aged under 18 years of age.
• We do offer reduced memberships to those in receipt of social welfare, and pension.
• We offer half year membership from the 1st July to the 31st December each year only.
• Members of the public who attend and pay for a public row on a Saturday and want to pay for either a full year membership or a half year membership will have that payment deducted from their membership fee. We only accept two Saturday payments in order to avail of the deduction. Proof of payment is required
• Membership will not be processed until there is proof of payment and a completed application form.
• Membership fee can be paid via the following methods:

2. Via Revolut to the Naomhoga Chorcai Bank Account
